You must be 21 years of age or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages from VigneHaute Group.  Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of an adult.

Credit Card Charges

Ship-to Locations
Due to legal restrictions on the shipment of wine, please be advised that orders placed on our website will be accepted only if shipping to selected states within the United States.

If your order cannot be accepted on our website, please feel free to contact us at orders@vignehaute.com for more information.

Title to all wines sold by VigneHaute Group passes to the buyer in California.  The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wines, and for any loss or damage once they have left our warehouse.  By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.  VigneHaute Group makes no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California.  The buyer is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations, particularly those relating to the importation of alcoholic beverages, in effect in the state to which the buyer is shipping wines.

Shipping Methods and Costs
Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday.  To protect the integrity of the wine, we prefer that the wine arrive during week it is shipped.  Unless you are shipping to the West Coast, we strongly advise against selecting “Ground Service”.  During extreme weather conditions, we may delay shipping your order until conditions improve.  We’ll contact you if this is the case.

Expect orders to take one to seven days to process, fulfill and ship.  Delivery guarantees refer to a carrier’s commitment once the order has left our warehouse, not to the day the order was placed.

Shipping charges include costs for packaging materials and third party transit.  Insurance is available upon request.

Wine shipments require the signature of someone 21 years of age or older, and age verification, at the time of delivery.  Carriers will not leave a wine shipment on your doorstep.  You may want to consider shipping to a business address where an adult will be available to accept delivery.

All costs associated with the return of wine to Vignehaute Group due to unsuccessful delivery attempts will be charged to the buyer.  In the unlikely event of damage in transit, the buyer is responsible for filing claims directly with the appropriate third party carrier (e.g., FedEx or UPS).

Order Confirmations
Once you place your online order, VigneHaute Group will send an order confirmation via email to the email address associated with your account.  When the order has been processed and shipped, a second email will be sent with order tracking information to the email address associated with the shipping address.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, or if we have made an error in fulfilling your order, please contact us at orders@vignehaute.com.  We will review each case on an individual basis, and will respond promptly.

Returns that are not the result of a VigneHaute Group error are subject to a restocking fee.  No returns are accepted after 60 days from delivery.

California state law prohibits the return of gifts or over-purchases of alcoholic beverages.

Credit Card Refunds
Upon receipt of your returned shipment, we will process a refund for the amount of purchase, less third party transit fees imposed by the carrier.  Refunds will be applied to the credit card used at the time of purchase.  Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
